Hi All, I have had a very bad experience with Nyati Builders. I therefore strongly suggest you to avoid them and deal with a builder even if he is a small time builder, but if customer service and response is good, go for it. 1. - Nyati Estate is 3 kms from NIBM so it is not NIBM annexe, the roads are single lane with no dividers. I had purchased the flat in 2006 June in secon hand which was 2-3 years old. During my purchase time itself the tiles of two rooms were coming out which were repaired by seller. Last year tiles of dining rooms came out which we got repaired with builder after follow up. Now the tiles of hall area are coming out. This is due to faulty manufacturing practice.
