Hi All, I have had a very bad experience with Nyati Builders. I therefore strongly suggest you to avoid them and deal with a builder even if he is a small time builder, but if customer service and response is good, go for it. 1. - Nyati Estate is 3 kms from NIBM so it is not NIBM annexe, the roads are single lane with no dividers. Nyati County is spread over a part of Mohommedwadi and Undri. 2. There is no PMC water supply. Water...

I had purchased the flat in 2006 June in secon hand which was 2-3 years old. During my purchase time itself the tiles of two rooms were coming out which were repaired by seller. Last year tiles of dining rooms came out which we got repaired with builder after follow up. Now the tiles of hall area are coming out. This is due to faulty manufacturing practice. Unfortunately this time the builder is not taking any responsibility. We are supposed to arrange people and payment both. We seek yoir intervention on this as the problem is only die to manufacturing practice.

I have come across several owners of houses built by Nyati Builders having similar complaints and agree that this seems to be a major shortfall in their construction, besides issues of water seepage in their construction. New buyers should exercise due caution prior to making their commitments with this builder's constructions.

Really very terrible experience as an NRI with this group even though full payment made for flat, I am not sure when i'll ever receive my flat.

They block honest feedback on their social media and aggressive sales people lie to you to close the deal. They just want your money.
