[Resolved] Nyati Group — Nyati Nirwana

I registered 2 plots in Nyati Nirwana. Due to the issue at Nyati's end, the plot demarcation was not done and loan was not approved. The first communication regarding this was send in the month of June 2019 to the director Mr.Shroff and he personally assured that the registration would be cancelled and assured that the entire money would be returned to me in full.

It has been 2 years since I'm chasing Nyati builders and multiple email and tele conversation to return the money but every time I'm given a different timeline and silly reasons. I have had multiple assurances from Mr. Shroff, Ashish and others but they are never honored .

I'm still waiting for Nyati to return the money and I'm writing this complaint in this regard.

I received portion of my money. Full and final payment is yet to be done. Deed cancellation process has started and I’m assured that it will be done in a Months time.

Hope you and your family are safe and doing well.
In context to your complaint we do understand your concern.As you are aware we had withdrawn our association with the developers of the project Nirwana due to certain issues and as a matter of fact we returned the funds of almost all our clients within the stipulated timelines. However in a few rare cases where the client had registered his plot the refund could not be initiated within the stipulated timelines due to a few legal issues and the cancellation deed which is still pending between you and us as you are currently based in the United States. However our director Mr. Harish Shroff has personally reimbursed an amount of Rs 2 Lakh from his personal funds because we at Nyati believe that our clients trust in us is our biggest asset.
We hope your issue is resolved and in case you do have any queries please do get in touch with us.We will also put in all the necessary efforts to initiate the cancellation deed and refund your amount at the earliest.

Updated by RiteshBhambhani1982 Thanks Team Nyati. Appreciate your following up on this. Yes, I'm waiting for the Deed Cancellation and would let you know through this channel once that is done. I can confirm that I received 2 lakhs from Mr. Shroff and appreciate this kind gesture. However at this time the status of the issue is the same i.e. the deed cancellation has to be done at the earliest. Till such time May I request you to kindly keep this issue as open and not resolved.
