Nyati Group Customer Care's response Dear Mrs. Chayya,
To begin with we completely deny your allegations and strongly disagree with the false statements made by you. In fact, you are not putting the actual facts and the entire turn of events.
When you paid the amount towards the booking of the units mentioned, we had already issued an allotment for the same on your request.
Firstly the moment we launched the project in February 2020 we clearly mentioned that the registration would take place around mid-March which you accepted as well. In fact we have on record the agreement which was sent to you on mail.
As the COVID-19 situation was unexpected and by Mid-March several hindrances came our way which time and again were informed to you.
Through the entire month of March there was no cancellation request received from your side
Only through a mail dated 16th April 20 we received the said cancellation while the pandemic had already occurred and the entire office along with vital operations had to be shut down
So how do you expect us to return the amount during this stage where our offices are non-operational and because of COVID-19 our cash flows were affected which time and again were mentioned to you on record on mail and through Whatsapp dated 16th April 20.
As far as Mr. Harish Shroff is concerned, he has already addressed the subject on numerous occasions but you failed to understand the gravity of the situation. All he mentioned was that once the offices returns to normalcy the said amount would be refunded .The number of calls, WhatsApp messages and emails sent by you to Mr. Shroff in regards to the same subject is nothing short of a harassment
Still you did not stop here, Mr Shroff got calls from your husband in Dubai who spoke very rudely to him despite him explaining the situation and acknowledging the refund status post COVID 19 in a very calm and professional manner. Furthermore two gentlemen were also made to call Mr. Shroff on your behalf over the same subject which was explained again to them and they completely agreed with him and on the contrary mentioned that you were being unreasonable and unfair.
Mrs Chayya, we have dealt with over 10000 clients and have a proven track record of our transparent and professional dealings.
All we mentioned was the refund would be initiated post the lockdown once our offices return to normalcy. Are we wrong in saying this ?
You even went to the extent of calling Mr. Nyati inspite of Mr Harish Shroff and Mr. Ashish Bhasin being In touch with you.
Looking forward to your co-operation! And request you to kindly understand the gravity of this global situation.

The given response is not furnishing correct information!
Below given are exact details with datewise.
1)Payment of Rs 2 lacs were done on 22/01/2019 as Booking o[censored]nit 103 and 104 in Nyati Plaza under Nyati Enthral project located in kharadi pune.
2) Payment of total 74 lacs were paid via 2 cheques each of 37 lacs dated 11/12/2019 Standard Chartered bank for Registration of property in Jan 2020. for which 17th Jan 2020 date was confirmed on email by Nyati Builders representative and after that few more emails were sent and registration dates were postponed from 17th JAN 2020 to new date 11th Feb 2020 and then 7th March 2020 and then April 7th 2020. Delayed of registration was done by Nyati Builders also without providing any specific reasons, despite paying 76 lacs as on demand. Because of this delay i visited to Nyati office for cancellation. but again new promises were given..
Upon cancellation and on asking for refund one common response received above is after lockdown, now this lockdown is extended more then 2 times and i am in need of funds due to family emergency... and i am not given any exact date for receiving my money back. Merely stating after lockdown is not clear answer and in this critical times my money is already in your custody for more then 5 months.. I need exact clear dates by when i can get the payment refund. Also delaying in refunding is causing enormous stress and withholding money for such long period is not justified. I would request you to initiate online payment for refunding the funds. Email is already sent with bank details. Above given information is true and details with receipts and emails can be presented on demand. Looking forward for cooperation and early response .

Its been over 3 months since your issue was resolved by Mr. Shroff and your entire payment was refunded.
