[Resolved] Nyati Group — Transferring of ownership of flat in PMC records

I purchased my flat Everest 803 in Nyati Eternity, Undri Pune on 19th August 2017. Still the ownership is with Nyati Housing in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) resulting in higher property taxes. The transfer fees has been part of the sales deed. Nyati has transferred the ownership to flat owners fro flat pruchased till June 2017. I have been writing to it for last 3 years with no action from it. Every email is replied with false promises of waiting for some time. As ownership is with builder, I am missing on the tax rebate for individual ownership. Thus Nyati should also bear that additional tax.
