Nykaa — Cancelled my products/Refund status | |
Nykaa cancelled my products which I ordered from their website with MY MONEY. It's been more than a week and got to know today from customer care that I've to go to bank to get my money which I supposedly paid them via UPI. It's funny that such services play and provide such cheap game of service. I don't have to to go to bank to take the money which I paid them. Very very very much dissatisfied and disappointed. Having spoken to 7 of your executives individually, and been promised a replacement at the earliest, now the story you are cooking is that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
I ordered 13 items a month back, one of which was defected and broken. Requested a replacement, your company picked up the product, and even after 7 calls, I never got a replaced product. And now, I get an email saying that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
You have multiple customers from my home including Shubhangi Maheshwari, Suruchi Maheshwari, Prachi Maheshwari, Charu Mahesheshwari, and Diksha Maheshwari.
Thank you Nykaa for a glorious experience
