I ordered for a thebalm travel pouch filled with 5 different products. It was paid via UPI (COD). I received just the plastic travel pouch and no products at all. This got delivered on August 1, 2022. I have been on mail and customer care, Twitter, everywhere and the issue hasn't resolved at all. All they do is convey their sincere apologies and to treat the issue in isolation. They also rejected the return request saying their team sent the products which I clearly didn't receive.
I want a complete refund of 2486/- INR.
