Bad 😕 It seems that Nykaa.com has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Ordered the product on 20th Jan 2022, received an unauthentic product which is green in color and smells like bubblegum instead of the original grape flavor which should've been purple.
It's clearly visible in their product description images that the shade is purple and of grape flavor.
They pitched me some cheap product.
I want either a replacement or a refund.
My request for replacement has already been rejected without proper reasoning.
I applied for nykaa ipo as on 29th October 2021, but I didn't get allotted nykaa' share so in consequence, I am suppose to get my money back but I didn't get back my money and UPI (GPAY) mandate got expired.
I have order products of Rs 693 on nykaa yesterday and the amount was deducted from my sbi bank account and I have transferred money from pay tm, i asked nykaa for the money and they are telling we didn't receive the money and to contact paytm or your bank and raise the complaint then I asked with Paytm customer care 24/7 they raised an ticket but didn't respond to me also I asked SBI customer care they told me that you have to ask the third party(Paytm) for that. Then where is my money goes?
Recently ordered 3 products worth Rs. 5000 from @nykaafashion @MyNykaa and was truly disappointed when I was delivered only 1 and other 2 also showed delivered but I never got them.
Have not yet received resolution, it was gift to my mom after collecting money this new year. I still have not received any info from customer care even if this is not small amount of money. They should have escalated it as it is not 200 rupees, but 3000rs products missing. Worst service.
If i don't get resolution to this, I am sending Nykaa a legal notice, with full visibility to my rights, that nykaa is doing fraud and cheating by stealing money.
I had ordered a dress on 10th December, received on 13th n requested for the replacement on 14th and till Jan 4th 2022 didn't receive the dress. Everyday followed up with support but all they did was create tickets n when I ask what's the update their scripted line is give us 48-72hrs to resolve the issue and it's been 20 days now. I do not want the dress now all I want is my money back for spending huge amount on stupid dress and trusting this stupid Nykaa who doesn't give value to their customers nor make a genuine effort to resolve the issue. Attached the screenshot of the order Id. Never buy from this as support sucks to the core. Out of 890 complaints on nykaa only 57 is resolved. Wise one will understand!

I am using Versace home pour from past 5 years . This time I ordered it from Nykaa and when I used it I came to know it’s not the authentic product .

Today i was making a payment for requil sunscreen, through net banking a/m of rs484 is debited from my a/c but order is not placed, i didnt get any order confirmation mail or msg from nykaa and the product is still in my cart.

Received counterfeit product|| Perfume bottle is not original

I had purchased a perfume names Versace Eros Edt 200 ml, cost is around 8000/-. I usually shop from nykaa sometimes as they claim that they sell 100% authentic products. But the perfume that I had received is not genuine because the company itself claims that on Eau de toilette versions of the perfume, it is no where mentioned on the bottle but on the bottle that I received, it's printed on the front of the bottle itself. So the product is not genuine. Product code[protected] is also not found in Certilogo.com
I have posted 2 pictures one is original which doesnt have eau de toilette printed on it and the other which was delivered to me.
