      I ordered products of 6600 worth from
      Nykaa I ordered for the lipsticks pillow talk medium and nude romance and I received. The products pillow talk and walk of shame which are different from what I ordered and I have raised multiple complaints and also raised on Twitter but they have been rejecting my return request multiple times

          Orders on 23 November 2021 .
          Recieved on 27 nov .
          I want to return the product as it is a fake one .

                      Hi there.

                      I had purchased a perfume names Versace Eros Edt 200 ml, cost is around 8000/-. I usually shop from nykaa sometimes as they claim that they sell 100% authentic products. But the perfume that I had received is not genuine because the company itself claims that on Eau de toilette versions of the perfume, it is no where mentioned on the bottle but on the bottle that I received, it's printed on the front of the bottle itself. So the product is not genuine. Product code[protected] is also not found in Certilogo.com

                      I have posted 2 pictures one is original which doesnt have eau de toilette printed on it and the other which was delivered to me.

                        I made an order from nykaa for the amount of rs 1247, the payment of which was deducted from my account (as per my bank statement). The payment was made from my gpay account which showed that the purchase was confrmed by nykaa, even though ther was no order confirmed from nykaa.

                        Later, on the same date, i made another order for cod, thinking that the payment debited would be refunded in 2-3 days, which was delivered to me for...

                                  The most pathetic service ever!!!I had to create return request for more than 3 times and Everytime when delivery guy picked up the product scan got failed, and he kept product and I got no refund and I again I had to create a return and wait to get approved and same happened..still no return and no refund..I m unable to get my money back .nykaa people are pathetic

                                    I submitted a return request for this product within the stipulated return window. Since return tab was not working on the page, I contacted customer care to put in the return request. However, when no one came to pick the return I contacted them again and they refused a request was ever made. They are refusing to even share the chat history or provide an escalation matrix.

                                      I ordered two products from my cart together. But I haven't received any of these. They sent me the empty boxes. When I raised complaint they said we investigated and products were not there. Don't know what to do. Please help me out.
