Hello,
In December 2020 I ordered 2 eye palettes -Eyes on me 10-in-1 eyeshadow palette (Sundowner Stunner).I used it only for like 3-4 occasions. A layer of white green fungus has occured on the eye shadow palette and now it is of no use .Since it's expiry date is 07/23 I want it replaced or I want refund of my money because Rs.1200 is not a small amount. I tried to contact nykaa on Instagram but they clearly said they can't help by anyway .Thankyou.

    I placed an order on 15aug from nykaa app... It was a prepaid order... On 16aug it is deivered but all lipsticks are damaged and leaked as delhivery courier boy has kept the packet outside in sun . I did complain to nykka and placed return request . Nykka approved but pick up doesnot happen in last 15 days . Last 15 days nykka supervisors are saying that for sure I will get my refund as return is approved by nykka . But today on 2nd September they said it will not be done . This is creating mockery of customer and cheating customer and giving fake commitments to customers is crime by nykka . Nykka is fraud . When i called customer executive ppls, dey didn't responding properly nd i heard them laughing for nothing... Dey r so unprofessional... I paid already for d order and without any information they are cancelling my return .When i asked for the refund they said we will see. But i didn't get refund.. I called them again but of no use... Dey r not responding properly.. Till now i didn't get my money back... Kindly take strict action against nykaa and help me in getting d refund back from them. Thanx

    Now even no communication nykaa is doing . They are silent. They are fraud . Have eaten my money . For 15 days they committed that refund will be given for sure . After 15 days they are silent . Pls help me getting my refund . Nykaa has already approved my return then why no refund . Nykka is cheat

            I just placed an order for a dress costing Rs. 12, 500. By mistake I put the size as XS whereas it should be Medium, Kindly change the size to medium. Also it is showing the delivery date as September 15. Had I known it will be delivered on Sep 15 I would not have placed the order. Please arrange to ship it by September 4 as I am flying out of the county on September 5.

                Never has any e-commerce company been so cheap so as to first deliver a broken product, be absolutely unapologetic about it, pick it up from my address, and never give me a replaced product.
                Having spoken to 7 of your executives individually, and been promised a replacement at the earliest, now the story you are cooking is that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
                I ordered 13 items a month back, one of which was defected and broken. Requested a replacement, your company picked up the product, and even after 7 calls, I never got a replaced product. And now, I get an email saying that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
                You have multiple customers from my home including Shubhangi Maheshwari, Suruchi Maheshwari, Prachi Maheshwari, Charu Mahesheshwari, and Diksha Maheshwari.

                Thank you Nykaa for a glorious experience

                  I was about to receive my order today but the delivery boy refuse to deliver it to me he asked me to get my order from the main road but i mentioned my order detail properly still rudely talked with me and misbehaved with me . I explained him my address properly but he returned n didn't responded my call kindly do something about it .

                    Nykaa cancelled my products which I ordered from their website with MY MONEY. It's been more than a week and got to know today from customer care that I've to go to bank to get my money which I supposedly paid them via UPI. It's funny that such services play and provide such cheap game of service. I don't have to to go to bank to take the money which I paid them. Very very very much dissatisfied and disappointed. Thankyou for wasting my time and money Nykka.

                      Placed an order on August 13th, 2021 I was supposed to receive all my orders on August 17th, 2021. The status of my order said, "out for delivery" but no one contacted me and around 9pm I received a text message saying "we couldn't deliver your products." But no one tried to contact me in the first place when I called the courier service they ask for pin then they ask for registred phone number but after I entered the registered phone number they say it's not registered and then it automatically hangs up.

                        I got a coupon code worth ₹850/- after participating in a campaign by Nykaa.com
                        Campaign name: #NykaaPreBuzz
                        They asked me to post a video on my social media for a coupon code worth ₹850/- to which I agreed. Was provided with a coupon code. I used it to place an order but Nykaa team cancelled it without my notice. And now won’t allow me to use the coupon code again.
                        I did a campaign to which I deserve the payout. They simply cancelled it without any notification or information.

                          Hi,
                          On 8th of August I received my order NYK[protected] and paid through G-pay the first payment was unsuccessful but was processing, so made another try and the second payment was successful next day.

                          Contacted Nykaa Fashion they repeatedly said they received only 1 payment but the other payment was received by delhivery. The price of the parcel was ₹2760. So, total ₹5520 was debited.
                          It's an earnest request to refund one of my payments.

                            My order id is INYK[protected]. This is a prepaid order. I didn't receive the product and when contacted Nykaa they say it's returned to warehouse but I haven't received any refund even after contacting multiple times.

                            I need my refund ASAP . I am fed up of calling you guys.

                                I have been constantly calling nykaa support team but no response received. My ordered items show missing on the app. When I get a call back from nyka regarding my order the person was rude and still order has not been delivered . Order number NYK[protected]

                                  I ordered products from nykaa on 21st Jul 2021. I ordered 14 products 3 of them are delivered and rest 11 products showing on hold. Its already shipped and from 24th July it started showing on hold and the destination is 30 min away. Its been 6 days the status is same. I called nykaa customer care because the delivery partner don’t have customer care number. Nykaa customer care told me we have requested urgent delivery since 6 days but there is no update the status is same ON HOLD. I requested the refund and cancellation but customer support refused with reason that ordered is shipped already.

                                    Loreal paris lead 29 Rouge signature. I reviewed 1st as iam really liked the shade and all. But after 2 days o[censored]sage my lips get worse black colour. It causes alergic reation on my lips .worse product ever. I want my money back i dont want use that again. My doctor suggest me to dont use this is bad quality.

                                      I had placed an order on Nykaa on the 23rd of July for a Carolina Herrera perfume which costs around 5813/- rs, and instead of receiving the “perfume”I received two L’Oréal products which is a shampoo and conditioner.

                                      I have ordered watch on 14 June. but not received as showed on site. so i returned the product but till date no refund has been credited to my account. Nykaa told me they have credited amount and provided ARN number but bank is not able to track any payment with this ARN. and Nykaa has not able to provide any proof of payment other than ARN. SO please solve this issue as soon possible. as Nykaa is not able to do anything in this matter. ARN number is wrong as per bank. nykaa team making fool since 15 days as not amount has been credited from their side.
