On 8th of August I received my order NYK[protected] and paid through G-pay the first payment was unsuccessful but was processing, so made another try and the second payment was successful next day.
Contacted Nykaa Fashion they repeatedly said they received only 1 payment but the other payment was received by delhivery. The price of the parcel was ₹2760. So, total ₹5520 was debited.
It's an earnest request to refund one of my payments.

Having spoken to 7 of your executives individually, and been promised a replacement at the earliest, now the story you are cooking is that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
I ordered 13 items a month back, one of which was defected and broken. Requested a replacement, your company picked up the product, and even after 7 calls, I never got a replaced product. And now, I get an email saying that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
You have multiple customers from my home including Shubhangi Maheshwari, Suruchi Maheshwari, Prachi Maheshwari, Charu Mahesheshwari, and Diksha Maheshwari.
