This is in reference to an online transaction made on Nykaa App on 12th April'21. Nykaa delivered wrong product to my place.
Order body shop tea tree matifying lotion for Rs 955. Received Body shop dry lotion for Rs 450.
Chasing since 8th July for replacment but no action taken.
Neither they are refunding my money.

I receive my parcel and pay cash on delivery.i was go to my home. and open the box ..But when I was unpack the parcel..The box was empty..There was no products..I want my money back..Very bad services of nykaa..

I have ordered the product name with Face canada truly matte gift box combo buff nude+Flamboyant plum on 11 Jul 2021 with order ID NYK[protected] with Rs: 399. In this combo pack one lipstick (name:Flamboyant plum 12) received damaged product on 14 Jul 2021. The top of this lipstick was broken while receiving the product. I want to exchange that product else wanted to return my money for same product. Kindly help me with same.

Today i brought kajal, 2 eyeliner one lipstick and bb cream the price difference is very much on the website and in store of the same product.
Very bad experienced today on nykaa store.
And they are lying that there is no offer on bb cream but on website there is still discount.

On receiving the gift set, the items inside were missing.The Nykaa team failed to acknowledge the missing item and denied the refund.

I ordered Loreal Xtenso Shampoo and Conditioner on 25th June 2021worth INR 1111 and got a black head remover tool of INR 50 today on 27th June 2021. Didn't expect this kind of negligence from a reputed organisation. Looks like I've been duped.

Very bad experince at Nykaa store, Ahmedabad. The tested product and given product were totally different as well as the staff said for replacement but later on refused to replace with the right product.
Zero star for customer service and for bad behaviour with customer and The staff of Nykaa told me on call for the replacement of the foundation with the presented one but when reached there, the staff refused to replace in unignorance tone with bad behaviour.☹️

I ordered versace pour homme dylan blue eau de toilette ( gents perfume) worth rs 6700 @ rs. 5470 after discount from nykaa. However on opening the packaging and using the product, it is clearly established that nykaa has sold me a pirated/ duplicate product at the charges and profound claims of selling original and authenticated products. The fragrance of the perfume doesnt even lasts for few seconds, leave few minutes or hours at verge....

Hi, First time I had used the Nykaa app and ordered 3 nos of dresses for Rs. 6147 and the order ref no:[protected]. I have received 3 nos of dress but one dress is not ordered a size and not ordered the product. completely despatched another material. I had returned the same on the 28th of May 2021.
Reference No:[protected] / Aurelia Yellow Geometric dress and I am waiting for my replacement till today. But there is no response from your end.

I was unable to recieve a part of my order dur to some personal reasons attempt to delivery was never made again even though the delivery boy asks for the details. Please look into it. My AWB Number[protected].

I placed an order on Nykaa few days back regarding some skincare from mama earth. It was a prepaid order for which I had already paid for. The estimated delivery date was on 11th of June but I did not receive the delivery. Despite of this, the app says that my order has been delivered which is utter lies. Upon reaching out to them, they sent me a proof of delivery which was a forged signature who’s initials didn’t even match my name. That is just so unacceptable and unethical. I have read numerous stories about similar issues with Nykaa. Nykaa either refund my money back or send me my order again at the earliest or I will have to take matters to legal levels.

I have placed an order online for gold plated Bangle for my wife & paid Rs.528 and size was not fit and we have returned the order and they are not ready to return the full amount only the product charge which is 379 and 149 as informed by mail it is not reversible and at time of ordering was not informed and due to which i would like to have my full payment to be credited your kind support and time is appreciated

This is really frustrating to see kind of services Nykaa is giving to the customers despite of multiple requests and sharing all details to your customer care says all details are provided and very next day I get email saying details are pending. They create new request after asking all details they confirm all details are provided and say after 72 hrs it will be processed next when I check again they again say details are pending strange and this happened repititively 3 to 4 times. This is quite annoying noone bother to inform us they communicate something else on call and something different over email. Multiple time return request is created but no progress. The customer support team agents are not well informed one lady started to ask to return free samples which was given on face wash which even I have not requested for return that shows big coordination problem and lack of knowledge about process and system she even blocked return process on these grounds. This is very poor service never expected from brand like Nykaa. I love Nykaa brand the most and is regular customer. This time before placing next order I have to rethink seeing one of the worst experiences :(

I am fed up calling your csutomer support and not getting solution of my problem. I am feeling sad to say I feel like uninstalling the app and this will be my last purchase from Nykaa also my family members will never be placing any orders going forward.

I ordered Mac products on nykaa. Box was sealed. How ever the outer cover of the actual product was unsealed. I ordered 5 products, 2 products of Mac a foundation and it's free product was unsealed. Hence requested for replacement.

However the tickets have been and being closed without solving the issue. This is waste of time and mental agony.
