I have purchased 9 items, That total cost me Rs 6211 and order I'd: NYK[protected] from Nykaa online website portal dated 6 April 2021.
In my order, one product was missing so I tried to raise a complaint to their customer care but they denied taking my complaint. One of the items (L'Oreal Paris Volume million lashes waterproof mascara) get missing from it and it shows delivered. I have raised a complaint via its Customer care...

This is to make u notice that
The products that I have orderd for the first time havent reached to me on time and I think it will not !!! Beacuse
the delivery person who is not at all interseted in delivering the product and neither making any effort for the same.Even after giving proper adress too the delivery person is asking me to come their office and buy the items!!!
If this is so
Why should I go for a home...

I had ordered teo lifebuoy santizers from Nykaa.com and I received it just now
I alteady had a same sanitizer before so as i opened my new bottle of lifebouy sanitizer it 100% looked fake
And as i compared it to my previous bottle and looked upon many other signs for fakness online like tisue paper test and all and i found that some one had already posted about this that nykaa and amazon are selling faje lifebouy...

I have ordered loreal professional serie expert absolute repair shampoo and mask. After using it twice my hair becam very rough and appeared as if my hair has been burnt. Also a lot of hairfall started. After comparing nykaa's products with that products of offline stores, i got to know that nykaa's product is not real. Color, consistency and texture of both the product were very different. Orginal product's color was dark n had thick consistency...

I order some products from nykaa on 26th feburary 2021 and due to some issues i cancelled them
The refund has been initiated from their end but has not been reflected in my account till now

Yesterday I bought a e voucher of ₹694, but when I applied the coupon code it shows coupon code is not active....

Very bad quality experience with all the cosmetic products ordered from nykaa. No doubt all products were duplicate and really harmful to the hair and skin. Lost all my money for the ordered products. No more ordering from nykaa at all....

I bought a Gucci perfume from Nykaa on 12 Feb when the offer was running 1500/- off on Gucci perfumes. So the coat of the product Gucci guilty intense EDP (50ml) was 7400/- so she got a discount of 1500+89(nykaa points) . But to our surprise after the product was out of stock the price written was 6100/- for the same product. So the discount was of 200 rupees.When we asked the customer care they say they have the authority to change and play...

We didn't get any calls from them regarding order.It exceeds from our deliver date....

I ordered a lipstick for Rs 500; The color of the lipstick didn't match w so I placed a return and refund ; liptick was returned the next day but I haven't received any refund; everytime I mail or help for assistant they they -refund has been initiated from our end on 30/12/2020.

But it is not reflecting in my account....

The online company www.nykaa.com, advertised falsely on their website to shop for 5000 INR and hence get a certain membership with multiple benefits for 365 days.

I did the same, after which they informed I will get membership within 45 days. After 45 days they said the amount is exceeded to 7500 INR, since My purchase was above 7500 INR, they promised me to get back within 30 days, since they are updating the membership program.br...

Received a call from someone today who claimed to be working at Nykaa. They informed me that I won the first prize in a lucky draw as a part of their anniversary celebrations. They knew where I resided as well as my ENTIRE order. They told me to choose between a Maruti car or ₹7.5 lakhs. I knew it was a scam from the very beginning but its scary how this information has been leaked through Nykaa. Please look into it!...

I have placed order with nykaa . Order no. NYK[protected] . The products are missing from the order but they are saying they have dispatched the products. They're clearly lying . I want them to refund my money for the products I haven't received....

Product has a low battery life... I have hardly used it and the battery goes down... Now the product isn't even starting... I had just purchased it on 19th Nov 2020...

I canceled two orders from nykaa worth Rs 620. they said they will refund the amount by 5/12/2020 but till now i have not receive any refund in my account. They only say contact your bank. On contacting bank they are saying no refund has been issued by nykaa and are saying to contact nykaa as it is their fault to check whether customer has received the refund or not. I had placed online order and i have received the same. I have made the four times (one time by cash and three times online). I called call center and asked for refund for three online payments. As of now i have received one online repayment.
