I ordered versace pour homme dylan blue eau de toilette ( gents perfume) worth rs 6700 @ rs. 5470 after discount from nykaa. However on opening the packaging and using the product, it is clearly established that nykaa has sold me a pirated/ duplicate product at the charges and profound claims of selling original and authenticated products. The fragrance of the perfume doesnt even lasts for few seconds, leave few minutes or hours at verge. This clearly leads to questionable quality assurance team of nykaa who doesnt care of doing what it is designated to do. Further, nykaa is clearly betraying its costumers by selling them pirated & duplicate products claiming to sell only original ones. I simply want either the product to be exchanged with an original one or refund of my hard earned tgat has been duped by nykaa by sendinv a duplicate product to me.
