      I have placed an order online for gold plated Bangle for my wife & paid Rs.528 and size was not fit and we have returned the order and they are not ready to return the full amount only the product charge which is 379 and 149 as informed by mail it is not reversible and at time of ordering was not informed and due to which i would like to have my full payment to be credited your kind support and time is appreciated

        This is really frustrating to see kind of services Nykaa is giving to the customers despite of multiple requests and sharing all details to your customer care says all details are provided and very next day I get email saying details are pending. They create new request after asking all details they confirm all details are provided and say after 72 hrs it will be processed next when I check again they again say details are pending strange and this happened repititively 3 to 4 times. This is quite annoying noone bother to inform us they communicate something else on call and something different over email. Multiple time return request is created but no progress. The customer support team agents are not well informed one lady started to ask to return free samples which was given on face wash which even I have not requested for return that shows big coordination problem and lack of knowledge about process and system she even blocked return process on these grounds. This is very poor service never expected from brand like Nykaa. I love Nykaa brand the most and is regular customer. This time before placing next order I have to rethink seeing one of the worst experiences :(

        I am fed up calling your csutomer support and not getting solution of my problem. I am feeling sad to say I feel like uninstalling the app and this will be my last purchase from Nykaa also my family members will never be placing any orders going forward.

            I ordered Mac products on nykaa. Box was sealed. How ever the outer cover of the actual product was unsealed. I ordered 5 products, 2 products of Mac a foundation and it's free product was unsealed. Hence requested for replacement.

            However the tickets have been and being closed without solving the issue. This is waste of time and mental agony.

              I ordered Face Mask (Pack of 5) Order No NYK[protected] INR 748/- from NykaaFashion. 10 days passed no updates yet. I am not sure if my order delivery will be done or not, because I pre-paid. Am I to consider my order and payment as fraudulent.

                Refund not reflected in bank account

                Nykaa mentions that my refund has been initiated on 14th May which should reflect in my bank account by 19th may(ref no.[protected]. Kindly solve the issue because this has always been a problem whenever I return anything from nykaa....

                Hello there

                I received my courier from Nykaa.com and i paid them cash, when I opened the courier but my product is not in the courier. Then i completed against but they did not respond to as it should have been given. How can you do this with your customers i just want money back and don’t dare again to do this with your customers.

                  I ordered some products worth more than three thousand rupees and got a package on2nd may. There was no item in the package. When I raise complaint they don't even bother to take this matter seriously. It's been two weeks now I raised complaint, they are ignoring this and giving silly statements rather refunding my money. They don't even take calls, even if, they hung up. When I wanted to speak to their manager they just hung up saying that they will call be back, and never called. This happened yesterday only.
                  Kindly help me.Please.

                    It’s been over a month that i have placed an order on Nykaa. I placed it on 12th april and was getting it delivered by 16th april. But i didn’t get any order or any call from delivery partner but i was getting automated calls from
                    Nykaa’s end that delivery’s attempted and will be re-attempted. Till date i haven’t got order or refund. I have placed several mails to them for refund and several calls too. If there was any hurdle of pandemic, it would have been listed then and i was getting order from nykaa after placing this order too and also that delivery partner was delivering orders at same address thereafter too. They are saying we will only generate refund when order will get back to warehouse but is it the customer’s problem? Why am i not getting a refund when the problem is from the delivery partner’s side? Why are they not held liable for this? Why am i suffering because of it?

                      Nyaa gift card

                      Description :
                      I bought a gift card ******8825 and arranged to get it delivered to my friend's mobile number. I even got a confirmation message which I have retained saying that the gift card has been delivered to her mobile number.

                      However the gift card was actually not delivered. On contacting Nykaa customer support, they have emailed saying they delivered it to SOME UNKNOWN...

                        but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this.

                                  I have purchased 9 items, That total cost me Rs 6211 and order I'd: NYK[protected] from nykaa online website portal on dated 6 April 2021.
                                  In my order, one product was missing so I tried to raise a complaint to their customer care but they denied taking my complaint. One of the items (L'Oreal Paris Volume million lashes waterproof mascara) get missing from it and it shows delivered. I have raised a complaint via its Customer care number. But they denied raising a complaint. Kindly take necessary action on it and help me to revert the amount of the product to Rs 630/-.
                                  One item has been delivered on 6 April and the rests items delivered on 8 April but Mascara was missing and they denied to raised my complaint and said I can't do anything what action you want to do you see by yourself, I can't register your case.
