I have ordered two lipsticks from nykaa.com. They have a offer of free shrapner with crayon lipstick. Today i got my order but i got only two items and there are three items mentioned on the invoice. I have got other lipstick ie; lakme satin lipstick and the free sharpner but didn't got the lakme enrich crayon in the shade berry red. This is my worst expirience with nykaa.com. I want my order to be deli've red asap.

    I have ordered two products from nykaa and found out that they are counterfeit or fake products as i scanned the barcide for the authenticity of the product.. I tried calling them thrice regarding the complaint and the issues but as soon as i said that i have a bar code scanner and i can place a difference between fake and genuine product they intentionally disconnected my call thrice... No courtesy to even call back as they are scared to listen about their fake products which are sealed very wisely in their site.. Worst site worst customer service worst policies.. Disgusted and highly disappointed... Fraud site just for taking money and never returning it back even though the complaint is genuine..

      Nykaa is the worst ever online shopping site in india.. As i have purchased almost in all the websites i can undoubtedly stand strong on my comment.

      Nykaa's fraudulent offers: nykaa tends to lurre people by giving false offers. They play very wise that their fooling play is actually a word game. Look into this matter and decide for yourself about this fake website who is eating our hard earned money and never commit a mistake of ordering things from them.

      My issue: i recently ordered some skin care products from nykaa and one among them is a set of sheet mask.in their website they have displayed an offer stating that "buy 5 and get 5 free" (Please refer to the attachment) this is the first line we can see when we look for the sheet masks from the face shop brand. But in the brackets they have put some insane line like, "buy 10 and pay for 5" so as for as i am concerned, i needed only 10 and it's already stated in the first line as buy 5 and get 5 free, i thought in the second line they have provided some thing about being buying10 and it's compliment. So then when i enquired about my compliments, they simply denied that i didn't add 10 in cart so i am not eligible. I find this simply insane. Why can't you just put buy 10 and pay for five. Why on the earth have you mentioned buy 5 and get 5 free. Both the cases are not same. And then the customer care people are the most mean and unconvincing people on the whole earth. They will simply copy paste the same reply to whatever question we ask. When i called, they are telling about other people's experience there. Very very irritating. This website must be banned. They don't bother even a tad about the customers who are the backbone of their website.

      The worst thing among all is when i am dealing with a complaint about my order they shipped it. They don't even maintain the database i think. Or it may be simply they ignore whatever complaints we have. When i said to cancel my order they say i need to resend the parcel to the courier boy and when the parcel returned to their warehouse they will refund. I know very well that this would never happen and i will lose my money. So i consoled myself that some thief has grabbed my purse and ran away.in my eyes, they are simply thieves.

      From my part i have shared my frustration to almost all i know so that they won't get trapped with this fake thieves.

      I received 3 orders within a week, all with few missing products. When I complained and submitted invoice/pics/proofs, they just told me it is under investigation. It seemed as if my credibility was being doubted. I am highly upset with nykaa and need justice with my money and need refund asap !!!

        Today i received my package and payment mode was cod. Your delivery person neither had change nor had any card machine. Moreover, he clearly stated that 'nykaa doesn't provide us '.

        However, i have managed to get 10rs less. And it's not about 10rs difference, it's about the service you are providing.

        Request you to provide them card machine or they should carry change at least to avoid any big chaos in future.

            I ordered 10 products from nykaa (Order #[protected] of which 5 of the products were duplicate. Good for nothing i had to throw them in the dust bin. Very disappointed with their products. I ll never buy any product from nykaa nor will recommend this to anybody. Horrible company.in the name of discount they are just cheating their customers. Moreover i unsubscribed their newsletter but still receiving the emails very day. Just got fed up of this

              I ordered innisfree smart foundation dust block21 (15ml) as part of my order #[protected] on august 7th
              The product was delivered to me today when i saw the product it was unsealed and looked used
              I want it to be replaced
              I have never had a bad experience with nykaa
              But this time i'm totally disappointed
              I raised a request for replacement of the product in the return/replacement section of nykaa.com but i haven't received any email/message regarding the matter

                I ordered 07 products from nykaa online shopping with the order no.[protected]. Out of 07 products ordered, only one had an original seal on it. Rest, 06 of the products did not have any of the seals neither the original nor a sellotape on them. One of the product's original seal was broken and was half empty! There was no proper packaging on each products as such, all of them were rolled inside a bubble plastic and was placed inside a carton. Everyone does not have time to return and follow company's "easy" return policy!!

                  I got a message from aramex courier service that my order is out for delivery on 29/7/17 and after that i waited for the call of delivery boy but he didn't call me at all on 29/7/28. Even on 30/7/17 and 31/7/17. He called me on 1/8/17 at 5:10 in the evening and at that time i am in an argument in court as i am an advocate i switched off my phone. He at that time came to my home and left when he found i am not there. Later around 6:00 i called him to bring my package. Then he spouted stupid nonsense that if i am not available then i shouldn't order or change your address wherever i am and he said i would not bring your order at all. I am gonna return it you do whatever you want and cut the call. I called back many times he cut my call. Once he lift the call and said ey don't call i am gonna return it. I didn't understand what was that behaviour he was at fault when he messaged me he didn't bring he called me only once and when i called back he is yelling and talking about above nonsense which is very stupid of him. I can't even comment who is he to say such stupid nonsense and return my product and who is he to talk to rudely. I was shocked and couldn't realise from such situation when i came home from work. I complained to nykaa. No response. I am gonna file a complaint in consumer court unless he say sorry to me and bring my order. It's very serious thing happened to me. I am disturbed whole day and couldn't realise from it. I am gonna take severe action

                  Nykaa team is worse. They always repeat their mistakes. This one is repeating in all my orders
                  Yesterday I received my order no.[protected] of four items in which one of the item Elle 18 color Burst lipstik has come damaged with bar code[protected] .so please look into the matter as soon as possible and replace the damaged item with new one.looking for the best result as early as possible.picture of the damaged lipstik is also attached .

                    I bought the eucalyptus nyx lipstick from nykaa and it was delivered on the 28th of july. On opening the parcel i found the lipstick to be damaged. I immediately took a snap of it and sent it to nykaa asking them to take the product back and deliver me a new product. I got a reply saying that they will contact me in the next 24 hours. I have had no phone call from them and it looks like i will not be getting a replacement. This is not fair as i have already paid money for it and ek not be able to use the product as it is a damaged one. Did not expect this from nykaa who claim that they are very good in their service.

                      However, i have paid the full amount but one of the items seems to be missing from the order. It is the maybelline new york color show party girl nail paint in shade fireworks. With sku number[protected].

                      Please look into the matter. I hope i will receive the item asap.

                      I never had a bad experience with nykaa before and i always defended and recommended it to others. But now i may have to reconsider.
                      I received a damaged product by nykaa today that is 27th july 2017. I need a replacemenment of my product as early possible. My order no #[protected]

                        I received a damaged product by nykaa today that is 17th july 2017. I need a replacemenment of my product as early possible. I never expected this kind of service from nykaa as being a regular customer. Am really sad. This is my deco d complaint. I have a marriage ceremony and its a disapointing period for me.                           I have ordered my item bearing order no:[protected] on[protected] which i havent been recieved till now and on[protected] the delivery team have called me and said we wont be delivering the item as if we cant come. This company is least concerned about customers satisfaction and also not even bothered to reply by mail for further communication even after complaining.

                            I placed an order on Mar 26. Only part of the order got delivered. Remaining part is still not delivered and when I call for refund they say they shipped the product and untill otherwise product get returns they can't initiate the refund and they day its on the way. Its more than 3 months and I have made many calls for asking my money for refund but till date I get only emails saying delay and no other response.

                              I had ordered an item on 2nd July . it was niot deliverred for a week, so I called customer care and informed. They said they will deliver. Against. Called thrice to get the status. I got same status. Then I asked them to return, they said they eraised return and I never got money or product till now . now I cannot take this anymore . even after I said to return they dint initiate return . in fact the delivery guy called me last week and asked if I am available at office to receive. But I wasn't at office. After I said that he dint call till now.

                                The offers are not being added to my cart which the company claims to be. I have spoken many times on their customer care number. I have also mailed several times on support helpdesk but neither they have provided any solution nor I have received any reply from their support Team.

                                Based on the products attached in My cart, I am eligible for the following offers:
                                1. One wow mist on purchase of wow products worth Rs. 850/900 Which I had Bt the free mist have been removed from My cart.

                                2. Set of cannes earrings on purchase of Rs. 1200/- From Loreal paris.

                                3. One makeup pouch on purchase of luxe products worth Rs. 3000/-

                                4. One vanilla lip balm on purchase of kama products of rs. 2000/-.

                                5. One teenage creamy sachet with purchase of Rs. 2000/- with Forest essentials.

                                6. Free 5 face mask on purchase of 5 of similar price.

                                Only 5th offer is reflecting in my cart.

                                I have waited for whole 5 days but company is least bothered.
                                All the snapshot have been sent to the company but of no avail.

                                  I placed an order on 11th june containing 5 products out of which 3 are received but still, 2 are pending with aramex, now its more than 2 weeks and i am really fed up of calling those people. I called them twice but no action is being taken by this date and today they are not even picking up the call. I want my products to be delivered by the end of the day. And i am not going to order anything further because i am completely pissed of with the services.

                                    I have duped by sending wrong products. I filled a complaint, but 20 times i was asked my order number, and don't know how many times the refund ticket was generated.
                                    On mail, they claim they sent the wrong product as the product was not available, and now failing to respond, blocking me on twitter, instagram and even not responding to nykaa.com website.
                                    Now approaching consumer forum for sorting out this issue.

                                      This is really sad to notify you that i have order a pair of nail paints for the very first time from your site but unfortunately have received the parcel with one of the bottles broken. This is highly unprofessional and it hurt me physically as well when the glass bottle made a cut in my finger.
                                      And so i want u people to look into this matter seriously and refund my money as soon as possible. Invoice number is as follows: nyk[protected]; order number is:[protected].
                                      Kindly show some integrity and either send me my nail paint in proper condition or refund my money.
