I got a message from aramex courier service that my order is out for delivery on 29/7/17 and after that i waited for the call of delivery boy but he didn't call me at all on 29/7/28. Even on 30/7/17 and 31/7/17. He called me on 1/8/17 at 5:10 in the evening and at that time i am in an argument in court as i am an advocate i switched off my phone. He at that time came to my home and left when he found i am not there. Later around 6:00 i called him to bring my package. Then he spouted stupid nonsense that if i am not available then i shouldn't order or change your address wherever i am and he said i would not bring your order at all. I am gonna return it you do whatever you want and cut the call. I called back many times he cut my call. Once he lift the call and said ey don't call i am gonna return it. I didn't understand what was that behaviour he was at fault when he messaged me he didn't bring he called me only once and when i called back he is yelling and talking about above nonsense which is very stupid of him. I can't even comment who is he to say such stupid nonsense and return my product and who is he to talk to rudely. I was shocked and couldn't realise from such situation when i came home from work. I complained to nykaa. No response. I am gonna file a complaint in consumer court unless he say sorry to me and bring my order. It's very serious thing happened to me. I am disturbed whole day and couldn't realise from it. I am gonna take severe action

Nykaa team is worse. They always repeat their mistakes. This one is repeating in all my orders
Yesterday I received my order no.[protected] of four items in which one of the item Elle 18 color Burst lipstik has come damaged with bar code[protected] .so please look into the matter as soon as possible and replace the damaged item with new one.looking for the best result as early as possible.picture of the damaged lipstik is also attached .

    I bought the eucalyptus nyx lipstick from nykaa and it was delivered on the 28th of july. On opening the parcel i found the lipstick to be damaged. I immediately took a snap of it and sent it to nykaa asking them to take the product back and deliver me a new product. I got a reply saying that they will contact me in the next 24 hours. I have had no phone call from them and it looks like i will not be getting a replacement. This is not fair as i have already paid money for it and ek not be able to use the product as it is a damaged one. Did not expect this from nykaa who claim that they are very good in their service.

      However, i have paid the full amount but one of the items seems to be missing from the order. It is the maybelline new york color show party girl nail paint in shade fireworks. With sku number[protected].

      Please look into the matter. I hope i will receive the item asap.

      I never had a bad experience with nykaa before and i always defended and recommended it to others. But now i may have to reconsider.
      I received a damaged product by nykaa today that is 27th july 2017. I need a replacemenment of my product as early possible. My order no #[protected]

        I received a damaged product by nykaa today that is 17th july 2017. I need a replacemenment of my product as early possible. I never expected this kind of service from nykaa as being a regular customer. Am really sad. This is my deco d complaint. I have a marriage ceremony and its a disapointing period for me.           I have ordered my item bearing order no:[protected] on[protected] which i havent been recieved till now and on[protected] the delivery team have called me and said we wont be delivering the item as if we cant come. This company is least concerned about customers satisfaction and also not even bothered to reply by mail for further communication even after complaining.

            I placed an order on Mar 26. Only part of the order got delivered. Remaining part is still not delivered and when I call for refund they say they shipped the product and untill otherwise product get returns they can't initiate the refund and they day its on the way. Its more than 3 months and I have made many calls for asking my money for refund but till date I get only emails saying delay and no other response.

              I had ordered an item on 2nd July . it was niot deliverred for a week, so I called customer care and informed. They said they will deliver. Against. Called thrice to get the status. I got same status. Then I asked them to return, they said they eraised return and I never got money or product till now . now I cannot take this anymore . even after I said to return they dint initiate return . in fact the delivery guy called me last week and asked if I am available at office to receive. But I wasn't at office. After I said that he dint call till now.

                The offers are not being added to my cart which the company claims to be. I have spoken many times on their customer care number. I have also mailed several times on support helpdesk but neither they have provided any solution nor I have received any reply from their support Team.

                Based on the products attached in My cart, I am eligible for the following offers:
                1. One wow mist on purchase of wow products worth Rs. 850/900 Which I had Bt the free mist have been removed from My cart.

                2. Set of cannes earrings on purchase of Rs. 1200/- From Loreal paris.

                3. One makeup pouch on purchase of luxe products worth Rs. 3000/-

                4. One vanilla lip balm on purchase of kama products of rs. 2000/-.

                5. One teenage creamy sachet with purchase of Rs. 2000/- with Forest essentials.

                6. Free 5 face mask on purchase of 5 of similar price.

                Only 5th offer is reflecting in my cart.

                I have waited for whole 5 days but company is least bothered.
                All the snapshot have been sent to the company but of no avail.

                  I placed an order on 11th june containing 5 products out of which 3 are received but still, 2 are pending with aramex, now its more than 2 weeks and i am really fed up of calling those people. I called them twice but no action is being taken by this date and today they are not even picking up the call. I want my products to be delivered by the end of the day. And i am not going to order anything further because i am completely pissed of with the services.

                    I have duped by sending wrong products. I filled a complaint, but 20 times i was asked my order number, and don't know how many times the refund ticket was generated.
                    On mail, they claim they sent the wrong product as the product was not available, and now failing to respond, blocking me on twitter, instagram and even not responding to nykaa.com website.
                    Now approaching consumer forum for sorting out this issue.

                      This is really sad to notify you that i have order a pair of nail paints for the very first time from your site but unfortunately have received the parcel with one of the bottles broken. This is highly unprofessional and it hurt me physically as well when the glass bottle made a cut in my finger.

The cap of mousse is found to be copper color but the one im having is wit the silvery color.. I got to know that the cap with copper color is the fake one.                               Ordered products on 9th may. I returned 1on 11th may and 3 lipsticks on 22nd may. I got refunded for 1 but for rest 3 I havent received any confirmation regarding return nor they sent me refund status mail. I sent them passbook screenshot when asked about it. Since then i am chasing them through emails and calls but the customer care is highly irresponsible. They are just not refunding the amount and harrasing me mentally and also killing my time.

                              Dont ever buy from nykaa. This is worst website and the customer care is just pathetic.

                                From 21/05/17 i'm just been told the delivery will be done asap. Also people like zeenat shaikh & sharauf khan are the one who are very good in irritating the customers more by sending the same response again and again without checking what the customer is asking for. These guys are so irresponsible that they are not even bothered to reply to my email within the given time frame. I dont understand what kind of people have nykaa has hired. It's been more than 10 days i have not received the product and you guys want us to refer this [censored] app to our friends. This was my first and last experience with the [censored] nykaa... I will be lodging a complaint at consumer court for giving me incorrect timeframe and not delivering the product on timeframe also for pathetic customer service. Regards...

                                  Have ordered the product from nykaa.com on 11/05/2017 and payment made via e - banking. Order no.[protected] has been shipped from site warehouse by india post-mr/da/west-1615 with tracking no. Ed[protected]in and will be delivered within 3-5days. But when product not delivered to given address after passing more than 16 days. Then i started calling number of times in a day on their customer care number [protected] and always got busy tone that all executives are busy in another calls luckily once i got a chance to talk to their customer care executive and she has given me assurance that your product will be delivered soon again i waited for few days and thought that may be product will be deliver but i disappointed again. After all this i started calling again on their customer care number but this time didn't get chance to talk to their customer care executive.                                     Ordered faces lip crayon smokin hot with free sharpener. But did not receive any sharpener with it. It comes as free in store. It was not an offer from nykaa. Its from faces. So it was expected to get the sharpener. I have also sent mail to support team, but no update received.
                                    Now i doubt the product is original or not!

                                      'm a partime blogger, well the actual thing is that a lot of visitors to my site requested to trial out nykaa.. Their services and their products due to my visitors constrain, i' ve order 4 products from nykaa, where they shipped partial order (Shipped just 2, and left another 2 as processing) well no prob.in that, everything was going smooth.. Later they shipped one order which should consist of 2 items.. When i received the product 1 was missing, the hell! Tried to contact customer care
                                      (Telephone - held me online for ages
                                      Mailed them - just no response at all.)
                                      Wtf! Nykaa.. You messed at a wrong time.. You just held out a lot of traffic to your site, 'm gonna infrom and write about this thing and request every rookie not to purchase anything from your site, who just have a worst customer service and negligence ever... Nykaa you won't grow up.. & i think a lot of people faced the same situation who was just a first buyer in your site. (Highly targets a first purchase buyer) i can read the complaints out here, & m gonna post these complaint links too..

                                        I received 2 damaged items from Nykaa in a row. First, I received a hair spray (images attached) that had leaked half its product inside the packaging itself. After dealing with their brain-dead customer service over email (fun fact - they called me Akansha in their emails, when my name doesn't even start with the letter A and they have it on record) they gave me a store credit for 725 rupees. I used it against my next order and ordered a NICKAK NY eyebrow gel mascara (images attached) among other things.

                                        This fake piece had never seen a drop of mascara gel in it - I rubbed the wand against cloth to check if it had dried up, but no - it was a fake product with which Nykaa had cheated me. You can see in the pictures how the bottom of the mascara barrel can be seen - not a drop of mascara here. I lost 495 rupees this time, and I am so disgusted with this website that I will never place an order here again ( I must have given them thousands of rupees of business - never again) I don't even want a refund now - I just want to make sure everyone else out there who might be tempted to shop with Nykaa knows the truth about this website.

Most of the positive reviews you see are likely those by "beauty bloggers" who will write whatever Nykaa wants in return for free cosmetics. I will never place an order here again.
