I had placed order on 5th Dec. But Nykaa cancelled my order as they are not providing any services to my area.
As per them refund is initiated but till yet refund not done.
I called customer desk and raised complaint but still I have not received any refund.

I placed an order on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 and the order number was #[protected]. There were several things, however, the 'Sally Hansen Miracle Gel - 320 Short Cir-Cute' and is priced 660 rupees, however, came with the lid open and the content spilled out. The product cannot be used.

Would request a refund or replacement of the same product.

I ordered 2 faces midnight lipsticks from nykaa. On applying the product i found it completely different from what it actually should be although packing n name of the product is same as ordered. This can be because nykaa is selling fake products! I have swatched the product in store so nykaa team cannot claim that lipstick comes differently on different skin tone. I know of what color it was. And what snnoys me the most is that this was my second order where i have received wrong products from this company. I have ordered 2 more lipsticks and instead of them i have received 2 concealers which were no where in my order. I have sent numerous emails to them but no response! I have been cheated.

I order for a few products from Nykaa on 8th Dec. I received a few products but the rest of them are not yet delivered. Nobody is available on their helpline number and nobody reverts back to the emails. The payment is already made online. They are such frauds. I placed a cancellation request but they still haven't cancelled the order for undelivered products.

I placed my order on 23rd Dec 2016. Till today my product is not delivered.
While placing order the estimated delivery days was 2-3 days.
I wrote many emails to customer support but no response from them.
The customer support number says all our executives are currently busy..Please call again later..
This happens every time you call them..
I already paid money for that Product.
I want to know when will i get my Product or else i want my money back.

Worst of all the ecommerce support I have seen with Nykaa. I dont understand why you dont see support tickets? What is the purpose of the [protected]@nykaa.com and support tickets. My order has been a month old and it has been in shipped state for long time. No one responds to the ticket 533741. I have been losing my patience due to Nykaa's inability to respond.

Order is placed a month ago. As the shipment didnot turn up, raised the ticket to them 15 days back. No one cares to respond.

Any of you have been using Nykaa.com. I have been struggling to get the status of my order. I made a payment through Paytm. The amount is deducted from Paytm however the order does reflect in nykaa site. I have raised ticket with both but no luck! I have tried customer support for both. I am always in queue and eventually hang up. It's such a pain when merchants promote different mode of payments and then leave their customers helpless. This is the second instance I have experience #badservice from #nykaa. Last time I received an expired product. For that I received response on social media to show their concern but in reality the product was neither exchanged nor a new one was sent.#shame#poorsupport #nykaa #

I ordered perfumes of 6 items, on 13th December from Nykaa, out of which one was giftset item Denever Perfume, cologne and deo spray worth 630, at the time of delivery I only got perfume, but not cologne and deo, and the cost was 449, i am cheated by Nykaa, I wrote on their website no response, i called no response, i pissed off with Nykaa from day one each time I call it goes to automate voicemail busy and wasted almost 100 on just waiting for nykaa customer service to address my complaint or concern. please help me for refund.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY & MONEY. Not at all a site to buy or even look at it. Guys, never ever buy from this site as this seems to be fake/ cheat site. I had placed an order (order no.[protected] dated 16th Dec 2016). Even after repeated follow ups till 24th Dec 2016 the order has not been dispatched also. On 25th Dec evening, they have cancelled order on their own & that too without my confirmation. This is really a ridiculous action from this seller. Like other online buyers, I also ignored negative feedback about this site and still gone ahead with an order for first time. I will recommend to visit other good online buyers who really care for their reputation and customer service. Even it seems they also have a system of blocking customer contact number whereby you can call them & your call will be on a continuous hold only & you will never realise this. Like I called them on 26th Dec 2016 @ 12:15 PM and was on a hold for half an hour & then finally I disconnected considering the object of this site. Let me tell you that you can never rely on their offers & products too and there is a bright scope that you miss good offers from other site too. Also you will go through mental harassment like follow up & waiting for your products to deliver and then finally to get your refund back. Even their customer service is pathetic as they rarely revert on email & on a phone too you generally have to hold for 10 minutes and that to hear a standard reply from their side. Really disgusting site I came across, never buy & recommend this site to any one. Since I can't select rating less than 1 star, i have to go ahead with it else you can never provide positive rating for such sites.

I am facing a huge problem regarding my order..I placed my order in 17th Dec 2016 and paid through online payment.my order got confirmed and the status of the order is still just stuck on confirmed ..No processing no shipment till date ..Today is 24th and according to them I was supposed to receive my order in 3-4 business days ..I tried calling them several times just to enlightened with the fact that their customer care service number does not work .. they are cheating on us ..I tried contacting them through email but no response there either..Where do I go with such a situation..Feeling helpless and cheated...Extremely unethical and ridiculous site.. .Order number #[protected]

I have ordered product on 22-nov-2016, i didn't get product yet, even nor my refund also after cancelled my order. Now when i try to call nykaa's customer care number always shows busy. Nykaa team is not responding any mails and calls also. Its one month over. I won't recommended to anymore now. Like they don’t want to listen their customers the main motive is to sell their product only. Worst and worst customer support. Don’t go for it

n calling the customer care number provided on Nykaa website, it gets an automated response of ‘All our customer care executives are busy, please call after some time.’ I have emailed thrice on Nykaa support email ID and haven’t got a single response. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I have never had such an awful shopping experience online. I would like my money back!

Today I am complaining about nykaa 's customer care services.I have called today at least 35 to 40 times and whenever I call customer care service, computarised voice says that executives are busy..They are not responding. I had placed an order on 5 the Dec by changing the existing address in Nykaa app but the order is created on my old address and twice had been called to Nykaa customer care and requested to change the address

It was a prepaid order.Today is 17th December and I didn't get my products. ..There are only one customer care No and it seems to be always busy..I just want to get my order.They are always saying that order will dispatch..but in the end of the day they are not doing anything.I am totally hopeless about this . when we called the customer care they said they will send on coupon which will be expired dec 31st..From that day we have trying to use that coupon but its showing this message

When sending mail to them we are getting the ticket id number and saying within 24 hours they will contact us. but till now no one has contacted or replied through mail.

By giving the coupon they are cheating the customers,

I had a placed an order for a manicure set on nov 30th through online payment. Till date, 16th dec 2016, i have not received the consignment.

The customer service is horrible, no apologies, very difficult to get through their numbers, in-spite of sending repeated mails no revert in-spite of sending a cancellation order. My order number is[protected].

Mostly i have lost hope in the refund or the delivery and will never shop on this site or recommend anyone to do so.

I ordered product from nykaa.com on 6th december and they promised it be delivered within 4-5days but there is no update from them yet. And whenever i call customer care number it is always busy and contacted them via social media. They just respond saying it will be delivere but no tentative date of delivery. Please help. They make fake promises of fast delivery and once we pay online and place an order then over you won't hear anything abt their product. Such a horrible customer service.
