Nykaa.com — cancelled my order without my permission | |||
Nykaa, I don't think somebody take action if I am putting my issue here because I have raised my issue many times but no one came back with resolution. I have placed my order #[protected] on 17th of august and the order gets automatically cancelled due to some reason. It happened for the 5th time so i kept an eye and the product was and is available. And when asked to the customer care executive he was so rude, he told me to place one prepaid order because of past history of my orders. When i asked me how can you cancel my order to which he replied we have the authority to do that. i have never returned a single product, my order eventually gets cancelled from your end. In addition to that i am a nykaa privee member. This is how you treat your every customer? I have a question why there is an option of cash on delivery? I don't want to know the reason I just want my order as it is at my place. Was this information helpful? | |||
