Nykaa.com — cancelling order automatically and no proper response

I placed an order on 2nd october which was paid from my side but it was cancelled automatically from their side.. When i contacted them they said it will be delivered definitely.. But it was cancelled aftr 7days.. I placed another order on 10oct in which i gave my complete correct address.. Now they they are saying pin code is wrong.. I even updated the same but everyday they say you will receive order today please keep your cash ready and by evening they say it can't be delivered due to non servicing area.. Where my area is actually serviceable.. I have all screenshots of these things.
