Referring to my order number nyk[protected], i had placed order of clinoqu moisture surge overnight mask on 3rd may for rs 3, 500. Since this was during the sale, there were complimentary products promised. But on receiving the parcel one one product was received. After repeated follow ups, nykaa has refused to either deliver the free products or process return of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
