Placed an order with nykaa... Saw the status on 14th as door locked... I had not received no notification no suggestion that the package was being delivered... Even after constant follow ups and raising requests for urgent deliveries the package is still not delivered... Finally the nykaa agent willingly cancelled the order only on a slight indication of cancellation. I understand nykaa may have issues with delivery partners but no effort was made by nykaa to deliver through a different partner... Pathetic service... Was this information helpful? |

Since the courier company informed us that the customer was unavailable when the delivery was being attempted (Thrice), the order has been returned to us.
The refund has been initiated from our end today (20/02/2019). The amount will reflect in your bank account in the next 5 business days.
