I had placed an order with Nykaa Fashion on 21st September 2025.
• The promised delivery date was 25th September 2025. However, the order was not delivered.
• The delivery date was then shifted to 28th September 2025, but again the order was not delivered.
• I contacted customer care and requested cancellation of the order due to the repeated delays. The support agent confirmed that the cancellation request had been raised and that it would be reflected in the app within 24–48 hours.
• Even after 48 hours, the cancellation was not reflected. Instead, the delivery date was changed again to 3rd October 2025.
• On further chats with customer care, the representative stated that they are unable to provide the exact delivery date.
This has caused me unnecessary harassment, waste of time, and inconvenience. Despite repeated follow-ups, Nykaa Fashion has failed to deliver the product on time or cancel my order promptly as promised.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate cancellation of the above order and full refund of the paid amount.
2. Directions to Nykaa Fashion to improve their grievance redressal system to avoid such issues in the future.
I am attaching screenshots of my chat conversations with Nykaa customer care as proof of their false assurances and service deficiency.
