[Resolved]  Nykaa.com — Wrong product received sunglasses

I had ordered sunglasses from Nykaa worth rupees 6000/- and received wrong product. Immediately I called customer care about this and raised complaint to raised return request and provide the refund. But after 5 days they are saying they delivered right product and denied to return the product. Please help. Here is the order id : NYK[protected]
