Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint regarding highly negligent and unfair service by Nykaa / FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd. pertaining to a gift card that was never delivered to me, yet has been marked as expired and the company has refused to resolve the issue.

Despite the above details being correct, the gift card was never delivered via SMS or email. I did not receive the card, could not access it, and therefore could not use it at any point.
After following up with Nykaa’s support team, I was informed that the card has “expired” and that no assistance can be provided. This response is unacceptable because:
A consumer cannot be held liable for the expiry of a product that was never delivered.
The core issue of non-delivery has been completely ignored by Nykaa.
The balance on the card remains unused, proving that it was never accessed.
I spent over one hour on Nykaa’s customer care number with no resolution whatsoever.
This amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice, as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Requested:
I request the Consumer Court / Helpline to direct Nykaa to provide one of the following resolutions:
Reissue the gift card, or
Revalidate and extend the validity of the existing card, since it was never delivered and remains fully unused.
I request the authority to take appropriate action and ensure that Nykaa resolves this matter in a fair and timely manner.
