Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Missing Items

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Nykaa. I have experienced several issues with my recent orders:

1. **Order #NYK[protected]**: Missing items and no replacement provided.
2. **Order #NYK[protected] & #NYK[protected]**: Similar issues with missing items, delayed delivery, and incomplete refund.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues through your customer service, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.

I request immediate attention to these matters and a prompt resolution, including full refunds for the missing items and delays.

I had order an item in Nykaa Fashion and due to incorrect fitting, i had assigned for return. on 2nd August it got approved. Order ID - NYK[protected]
Since then no pickup has happened nor the refund. I got multiple message saying pick-up is cancelled (no reason mentioned). I created a issue at their site, called the helpline. No action is taken.
Looks like Nykaa doesnt want to pick the item, hence doesnt need to refund the amount. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.
I am waiting for refund of 748.

i have placed order with NYKAA BEAUTY on 31st july and i was to receive it on 2 august 2024 but i did not and i waited till 3rd august and called them regarding it on 4th but it still delayed and all they did was escalated the issue and no resolution and i waited patiently after that but continuously for three days i kept on receiving messages that delivery unsuccessful when i did not even receive a call from delivery agent.

i have faced this issue from NYKAA earlier also this is second time they are doing this.

total they made me wait for 5 days when i told them i have skin allergy and i really need the product and still no product and they did not know when will i receives it and said they have no contact with 3rd party who is to deliver.
the customer care agent was highly arrogant and talked in a very rude manner and shut me off by saying that they will disconnect my call and refuse to answer me.

now they harassed me mentally this much that i had to cancel the order and they won in shutting me off

As I have ordered a product from nykaa and I was ordered last month and was not delivered to me a was delaying again and again and then at last it was returned to warehouse without any delivery attempt was made and no contact was made to me as i wanted the product on emergency it was not delivered to me on time then I have raised complaints many time but then they again ordered the product manually and the earlier order amount was refunded to me but till now the product is not delivered to me and again the same situation is happening it is in my location from 12 July.

I placed an order on NYKAA on the 16th July and it was supposed to be delivered by now but the app simply says "In transit" since 17th July and no progress. Every time I contact NYKAA, the say that the issue is escalated and they need more time. I have waited until today as they promised I will receive the parcel or they will refund. But now, they want me to wait again for 48hours. I Cannot wait anymore as they are giving...

Few of my items are missing from the parcel and my request is cancelled from your end . Need immediate assistance. What kind of fraud is this. Order id- NYK[protected]. Instead of raising complaint they just rejected my request for the same. Rubbish service

I have returned my parcel from 29 February and I have not received my refund amount in my bank. I tried to contact the customer care service but no response till now. In the nykaa app it says that my refund was successful but I have not received the money yet. I want to file a complaint to receive my refund money back....

I placed an order with Nykaa(Order Number NYK[protected] on 4th February for 13 products & paid them 3809 Rs in total. They delivered 3 products on 6th Feb and out of which 1 product(Dove body wash) is not part of my order. I have not received 11 products from my order for which the total cost is Rs.3521. I kept raising tickets with them asking for a refund of Rs.3521 or deliver the remaining products but they rejected...

I bought a jimmy choo sunglasses from ntkaa fashion, on receiving the order I found it to be a fake product- cheap plastic build, no brand box, no card of authentication or brand bill. I submitted multiple images of the product as they requested, l but still the return is on hold citing that they need some internal enquiry whileas there was a 7 days free return policy. Despite of not carrying any checks before dispatching the order and selling fake copies of the branded products, they are delaying my refund. This is nothing but a scam for looting customers. I want my refund asap, I cant lose my money over something that is not even worth 100 bucks.

Ordered 5 items received 1 item that too wrong and from different company.
Return request was cancelled by them. Contacted customer service but they blamed us.

I received damaged products from nykaa so I raised a return request hoping for a refund for those damaged products only to see an outright rejection for return pickup . Not only did they refuse to refund back my money for the damaged products but they also flat out rejected my return request. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable ! So kindly ensure that justice is delivered to me as soon as possible.

This is regarding missing products from nykaa ! Though I’ve already paid for those missing products, nykaa is refusing to return my refund by making multiple excuses that they’ve sent the products in perfect condition and that they’re sorry . It’s very disappointing and frustrating so kindly address my issue asap so that my grievance is resolved immediately. Thank you!

I ordered a Monte Carlo sleeveless off white jacket but I received a full sleeve jacket of another company in the box. The jacket is folded and packed into the cap of Monte Carlo jacket so that the product seems to be the original. All the tags and price details are on the cap and there is no tag or seal on the jacket. That jacket is old and used. When I registered a return request in nykaa, they rejected my request by saying that their investigation team found out that product was dispatched accurately. I asked the customer care multiple times that After the dispatch of order how many stops and persons are involved in the shipping, is nykaa not responsible for delivering the product till the order reached at the door of customer. Customer executives replied that they can’t help me in this matter.

And it's expected delivery was on 10th Jan 2024 bluedart no is

I received wrong product from nykaa. I raised a return request which is cancelled by nykaa by saying that they have dispatched right product. They didn’t provide me any proof of that they dispatched right product. The customer care didn’t response positively. I called multiple times to the customer care of nykaa but They said that once the return request is cancelled nothing is done on their end

I had ordered garmwnts from nykaa fashion which is supposed to be deluvered on 14jan 2024. But till now there is no trace of shipment delivery . Support executive are not guiding, giving false info abput location of shipment. Overall i didnt get any support from there. Order Id NYK[protected]

I ordered a product of rupees 428 (Order ID- NYK[protected] and it's almost 40 hours but my order is not showing in order status. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I received a totally empty bottle of a product that I had ordered and placed a return request for such. But my return request was cancelled and refund not initiated.
