Oder getting delayed- Nykaa support agents are not helping

The delivery was supposed to be on 23rd July but the courier partner sent it to a wrong hub - Begur
On 24th July it got rerouted to Singasandra hub which is again not the nearest hub from my address

In this way my order delivery Is getting delayed and everyday a fresh delivery date is updated

Nykaa Fashion - Missing Items

We placed an order NYK[protected] on 24th June 25 for three items ( Sweet Dreams Woman Printed Nighties). The order was delivered on 28th June'25 but out of three items only 1 item was received inside the packet. We took pictures of the packet and then called Nykaa customer service on[protected].

received wrong product from nykaa fashion; return cancelled twice without resolution

I ordered a product from Nykaa Fashion(Skybag arthur laptop backpack), but received the wrong item in the delivery. I immediately raised a complaint through their customer support system.
However, despite following all steps and raising multiple tickets:
• My return request was cancelled twice without any proper explanation.
• I have not received any resolution or refund.

Regarding my cancelled order and refund

I ordered few products on Nykaa through their App, which was supposed to be delivered by 30th April but It was not delivered by them due to unknown issue.     Hi, I placed an order on Nykaa on 19 Feb, and one of the items in the order is yet to be shipped. When I contacted their customer support, I was told to wait without any specific reason or timeline. Since then I've raised multiple requests to cancel and refund the product since it still hasn't been dispatched, and I was told that was not possible without any specific reason.
    I'm really frustrated with their lack of support, and would like the order cancelled and refunded asap.

      Swtantra Swtantra Cherry Red Satin Saree

      I got the above mentioned order delivery on 2 Feb 2025. I didn't like the quality of the product so I initiated the return. First the return pickup was delayed and then canceled by nyka only, and I was told that I had requested cancellation. It was really annoying and I felt cheated. I tried to get help from help center then again a return request was raised with the help of the support team but unfortunately the same thing happened again the return was delayed then canceled by nyka only. It caused me a lot of stress as the amount of the saree was more than 3500 and not a small amount. Third time I request the team again to raise the return request. The request was raised but not approved by nyka I again contacted the support team this was I was told that pin-code is non-serviceable for pickup and they asked me to send the product by self service.
      It should be noted that if the company can send the product on that pin why it can't pickup the product. The other online platform like amazon flipkart and Myntra also pickup the products easily then why is it not possible for nykaa to pickup.

      I must tell you that I am posted in an area where there are no courier service available. I don't even have any alternate address for pickup.We are dependent completely on online shopping so the only way I can return the product is the service provided by the online shopping companies.

          My name is Kritika Sunam and on 29th of November, 2024 I had ordered 4 products which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd of Dec, but it got delayed and it has still not delivered to me that is why i cancelled my product through the consumer help of Nykka beauty as I am out of India Currently, They have still not Refunded my amount and they have the worst service as they say that they have discount in the Pink Friday sale but they delay so much that the consumer have to cancel the product. Refund my money ASAP.

            Hi there my name is Richa Kalyani and my nykaa id is registered against my number [protected].Recently I ordered a ponds sunscreen from nykaa but they sent me a lakme sunscreen instead of ponds sunscreen. I requested return for the wrong item but they rejected my return. I called their customer care team multiple times asking for help but they disconnected my calls without attending. Finally when my call was answered they told me that they can do nothing about my return I even asked for replacement but they rejected my request. I want you to please look into this matter and help me. Never expected this type of service from nykaa.

              I have been calling them since last 5 days regarding the same problem, and there is no update to my issue .
              It is so irritating to have same replies every time.
              My flight is on 2nd dec, expected delivery was 29th November 2024 .
              But they have not yet delivered.
              I have been complaining that there is some misroute issue showing in my delivery tracking app since a week but no response.

                Unacceptable issues:

                2. Same delivery and return addresses, making pincode mismatch impossible.

                    I had order an item in Nykaa Fashion and due to incorrect fitting, i had assigned for return. on 2nd August it got approved. Order ID - NYK[protected]
                    Since then no pickup has happened nor the refund. I got multiple message saying pick-up is cancelled (no reason mentioned). I created a issue at their site, called the helpline. No action is taken.
                    Looks like Nykaa doesnt want to pick the item, hence doesnt need to refund the amount. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.
                    I am waiting for refund of 748.

                      Hi,
                      i have placed order with NYKAA BEAUTY on 31st july and i was to receive it on 2 august 2024 but i did not and i waited till 3rd august and called them regarding it on 4th but it still delayed and all they did was escalated the issue and no resolution and i waited patiently after that but continuously for three days i kept on receiving messages that delivery unsuccessful when i did not even receive a call from delivery agent.

                      i have faced this issue from NYKAA earlier also this is second time they are doing this.

                      total they made me wait for 5 days when i told them i have skin allergy and i really need the product and still no product and they did not know when will i receives it and said they have no contact with 3rd party who is to deliver.
                      the customer care agent was highly arrogant and talked in a very rude manner and shut me off by saying that they will disconnect my call and refuse to answer me.

                      now they harassed me mentally this much that i had to cancel the order and they won in shutting me off
