I ordered a product from Nykaa Fashion(Skybag arthur laptop backpack), but received the wrong item in the delivery. I immediately raised a complaint through their customer support system.
However, despite following all steps and raising multiple tickets:
• My return request was cancelled twice without any proper explanation.

Every time I contact NYKAA, the say that the issue is escalated and they need more time. I have waited until today as they promised I will receive the parcel or they will refund. On the 9th of September 2023, I placed an order with Nykaa (order no.NYK-[protected]) for Cadiveu Anti Frizz Shampoo, O3 Cream, and Vaseline Lotion worth ₹3617.
