I don't understand what's this problem. It's like I do not get any calls from the delivery agent so that I can come and collect my order. My order is reaching my address everyday but I am not being notified about it nor the delivery agent calls me so that I can collect my order. And then at last I get messages of failed delivery. If your delivery agents won't call how will I come to know that my order has to be collected at a certain time? Also there isn't any contact of the delivery agent so that we can contact him! Also, you will be able to find the delivery boy's contact number on the courier website.
