Am writing to raise a concern regarding a recent purchase of a Clinique perfume placed through your platform. The product was listed with an MRP of ₹9, 999 and showed a discount of ₹5, 000, bringing the final price to ₹4, 375. However, upon receiving the product, I noticed the actual MRP printed on the packaging is ₹8, 750 — which is significantly lower than what was displayed at the time of purchase. This discrepancy in pricing is misleading and raises questions about the accuracy of the product listing. Furthermore, the perfume was manufactured in December 2022 and is set to expire in approximately five months. Selling such an old stock without clearly disclosing its limited shelf life is concerning — especially for a product like perfume, which is meant to last longer and be used over time. Given the short remaining shelf life, it is unlikely I will be able to use the product fully before expiry. I kindly request that you review this matter and offer a resolution — whether that be a refund, I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this issue.
Sincerely,
