Nykaa.com — Complaint regarding failed delivery no call made

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent delivery attempt by your team. According to your tracking update, the delivery was marked as “unsuccessful” with the reason stated as “consignee not reachable.” However, I did not receive any call from the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

This has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I was available and reachable the entire day, and there was no attempt made to contact me via phone. As a customer, I expect proper communication and effort to be made before marking a delivery as failed.

Please look into this issue and ensure that:
1. My package is redelivered at the earliest possible time.
2. The delivery agent calls me before attempting delivery.
3. This issue does not repeat in the future.
