Nykaa.com — Defective and damaged product delivered... And poor customer service | |||||
I had ordered l'oreal lipstick and it was completely damaged... I had already sent so many mails to nykaa.... They dont even replied to my mail... Its really disappointing... I can say this is the worst site... I have done with 2 orders till now both were in this condition... As i had mail them so many times nd its about to month, still now i havn't get reply from nykaa... Very poor customer service... My order no. Was[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
