Nykaa.com — Delay of order

Hi,

I ordered a aristocrat trolley bag from the Nykaa app and made a prepayment for it. I have not received the product to date.

I have been informing customer care that I have not received the product, but rather than solving my issue, they are insisting that it will be delivered. I want a solution for this...
