Nykaa.com — delivery issue nykaa people not responding

From so many years I'm using same address for ordering product & delivering the product.. but now without contacting me
nor coming to my address this people telling problem with address.. if I call to customer care they just tell they will reach me back not connecting my call to higher authority. From 4 days I'm trying to contact.. PL help me to solve this ..
