I ordered YSL Y perfume from Nykaa, which turned out to be fake upon research and feedback from nearby sellers. Nykaa suggested contacting Parcos, their supplier, but did not respond further. It is not my responsibility to reach out to a third-party supplier, as Nykaa is accountable for selling fake products. This is a serious issue, as even a 30% fake product rate constitutes a scam that deceives customers.
If a Nykaa representative is reviewing this message, I request an immediate refund for the fake YSL Y perfume. If a refund is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Was this information helpful? |
