I had ordered some products with Order ID[protected] on 8thy March 2016. That day there was an offer that if I buy Maybaline products costing Rs600 or more a Rs1, 200 kit( Maybelline Insta Glam Spring Summer Kit - Pink) would be delivered as free.
I was able to see that kit in my cart at the time of placing order. The mail that I had received from Nykaa guys also showed that kit in the list of products to be delivered. But when I received this order on 11th March 2016 no kit was present.
I called Nykaa customer care and the person said there was no offer. I asked him if there was no such offer how can that be on their site and how can i see that in my cart as well as mail delivered by you guys.
I wrote a mail to Nykaa regarding the issue, (which they say to reply with in 24 hrs) but no reply from them.
I again called their customer care but the person said that there was an offer but they will not deliver the kit. When asked why they said the company has a right to revoke any offer any time. Irrespective of if I placed correct order and have all proof in mails for the products to deliver still cant ask for what was there in offer and my received mails.
I am attaching the mail that I received from NYKAA showing that kit. Even in the messages that I received that the kit is pending to dispatch.
