I have received Nykaa Gift Card for Rs. 1000/-. At the time of redemption the value was showing Rs. 14/-. I have made several complaint in customer care in SBI Card as well as In Nykaa. I have been asked to send screenshot multiple times and on every occasion i got several different reply viz the voucher is applicale in Nykaaa fashion/ the voucher will be applicable for order above Rs. 2600/- etc. There are no celerity on it to Nykaa / SBI Card persons. I am suffering for last 40 days for solution of same. The company is asking for transaction id and i shared with them around 10 days before but not received any reply. I have redeemed the voucher and amount credited on my wallet for Rs. 14/- on Adding Giftcard for [protected] Transaction id ID:[protected] dt
20th Jan, 2023. I wonder how it is happening and there are no any response from Nykaa and SBI Card. They are washing their hands and without giving any solution.
Please arrange to credit balance amount of Rs. 986/- to Nykaa wallet or Cancel the voucher and credit Rs. 1000/- in my SBI Card. Failing which appropriate action will be taken.
