I ordered a colorbar lipstick and have only received the box of the lipstick and the free product, the lipstick was missing. I request for a return, they rejected my return request, telling me it was delivered. Then they again initiated a return request from their side which was again rejected. When i called the customer care, they told me that sorry we cannot help you now. Because the request has been rejected to time, what is this? I have paid for the product and haven’t received it.
