Nykaa.com — Huda beauty foundation fake product sent worth INR 3,300

Hi, I have ordered products worth Rs 8, 783 on 30th July 2022 with the order number : ORDER ID
NYK[protected]. Among this there was a Huda Beauty Faux Filter Foundation of shade Amaretti. I have using Huda beauty from 3 years and I purchased my older ones direct from Nykaa store and I know how the consistency and formula of Huda beauty looks and feels on skin. After receiving this foundation I opened to check it and to my surprise first it was tampered as there was no seal and second when I swatched on my hand it looks like some cheap foundation with no coverage at all . The bottle had some foundation marks on it which clearly stated that this bottle had been tampered. So I immediately raised a complaint and theh rejected it saying they as the product is opened they can’t do anything. So I went to the nearest Nykaa store which is at Punjagutta Metro Mall and asked the sales executive to show me Huda beauty Amaretti shade foundation and when she swatched the in store foundation on my hands it was totally different the real Huda beauty foundation it was and when I told the sales executive about the concern she confirmed yes it’s not the same . I spoke to the Nykaa store manager And he said he can’t do anything about it and asked me toh talk to the customer care. When I spoke to them they are saying they can’t do anything about it as the bottle is opened. I even told them the bottle was not sealed and was looking used but they cut the call . I would like to request please take any action on this as we also work hard and save money to buy things. We don’t hAve money plants at our homes and our money is also hard earned and they can’t fool us like this and enjoy on our money.
