Kindly look into the matter as it has been already raised at the company Nykaa, Ticket No.: [protected]. Still remains unsolved.
I purchased the product from Nykaa store, Chandigarh, Sec-17 E on 22 Feb.2022 (Invoice attached). On using the product new launch (HUDA Mascara transparent Top coat), it turned my eyelashes grey, was so strongly stick to my eyelashes that it did not remove with face wash, cleanser etc. Finally after so many struggles, my husband removed it with lukewarm water wet cotton. My eyes became itchy, red had to use drops, MOXOFT-LP for subsiding the allergy caused due to Mascara.
Presently I’m staying in Khanna, Punjab. I visited the store personally on 11th March 2022 to report the issue, submit the product to the company. Received the call from Nykaa’s Authenticity Team, Ms. Ruksana Ansari. She investigated the matter from me and realized that the staff has not properly demonstrated the usage of the product that it should have been removed with waterproof cleanser. However, she ensured to get back with resolution and send the product for retesting as it may have harmful effects on other’s eye too.
But unfortunately, the company has started playing blame game, which is visible in the mail correspondence (mail screenshot as attached)
Kindly resolve the matter for the betterment of the customers who might get infected & get me my compensation.
