Nykaa.com — i have ordered 4 items and paid for them. but only 3 has come.

My order no #[protected].in nykaa i have ordered 4 differentbitems together of 489 rupees-a nivea body wash, a biotique hair oil, a pantene oil replacement and a elle 18 lipstick. It was a cod. And i have paid it. But in the box i have received only 3 items. Elle 18 matte lipstick pink kiss of 100 rupees is not there. Now i want the refund or the missing item.
