I purchased a product from nyka. I wanted to return that so i had contacted with nyka service they said there is no pickup service in my area. So i my self had returned the product to nyka in bangalore. I have received the mail the product had received nyka center on 21st july. When i asked about refund they said they needed snapshot of that mail of received the product in nyka so i sent the snapshot but there was no response i have still not received refund. Inspite exchange of so many mails i am not getting proper response from them nor my amount. I have been cheated by nykaa., very disappointed.

Updated by Crystal cryz I had returned a product to nykaa bangalore after one week i had received a mail my product had received there. Then i asking for my refund they said they hadn't received the product they trying to avoid me still not received refund. Inspite exchange of so many mails i am not getting proper response from them nor my amount. I have been cheated by nykaa., very disappointed with nykaa
