Nykaa.com — im complaining about a product elizabeth

I have received a used product and it was broken from left side this is the third time i got used and damaged product but as always customer care people didn’t take it seriously i sent them pictures also they didn’t reply or didn’t contact me i will go to consumer court i’m the regular customer but nykaa doesn’t care about it so irresponsible people and customer care also doesn’t support
