Nykaa.com — late delivery and vague and naive phone response | |||
I ordered 3 items from Nykaa on 7th July’18 and the delivery date given was in between 10th-14th July. Today is 20th of July, almost 10days and i still have not received the order. I have called Nykaa about five times on different dates asking them about the status of my parcel, they say that it will be delivered the same day or the next day but the result is always the same:disappointment. Above all two of nykaas agent Were very naive on the phone and one sounded annoyed with this valid concern as he did not have a proper response to give.
