[Resolved] Nykaa.com — misplaced order delivery | |
I had ordered an aromamusk organic castor oil from nykaa. The app shows the product as delivered but it was never delivered to me. On contacting customer support, i got the name and signature of an unknown person as 'proof of delivery' of the prepaid product. When i replied that i'm not the person who got the delivery, i get the same standard 'proof of delivery' email. It has been a week and my complaint is not yet resolved. Worst experience with an online shopping site. Horrible customer support by nykaa.
