Nykaa.com — missing products and stupid behavior | |||||
Placed an order on this website and have not received electronic items in the second shipment (Steamer, straightner, curler) never received them in the box. When raised a complaint the company said they sent it. Is the courier service stealing things without company knowledge or company really cheating customers. This is insane. If this is the case no such websites should be believed and no one should encourage them to make money from our hard earned money. Worst nykaa. Refund my amount immediately. I purchased a product and cancelled it after the product was dispatched for delivery on.. the order was placed on 5th july.
Today is 7th Aug and i still did not get my refund.
