Nykaa.com — my 4 products are not delivered even after 22 days | |||
Hi team, I have placed order of 4 products on 20th october and since then i have been receiving messaging stating out for deliver and failed delivery everyday.. I called up customer care for cancellation of my product and i have received mail for cancellation twice.. But i still get the delivery attempt and failed messages... I want a refund for my product and i dont want the products to be delivered anymore.... How can you guys be so irresponsible to deliver the products on time.. Also the band of the delivery person and the contact details are also not provided, neither have they contacted us Was this information helpful? | |||
