Nykaa.com — no refund initiated

I purchased lakme & maybelline products from nykaa app. When i received the products, i found that the products doesn't look genuine. So i immediately raised a return request. It has been 5 days i am following up with their support service but still no action taken on return reqest. Very disappointing experience. No quality in products as well as no quality in support services

We consider it our utmost priority to ensure product quality is of the highest standards. Please be assured that Nykaa products are genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products and only buy our inventory from the brand or authorized distributors of the brand.

However, we would like to inform you that the products have been picked up and also the refund has been initiated from our end. The amount will reflect in your bank account in next 1-2 business days.
