I ordered a product on 24th july, that is 20 days ago. I requested for a return request of the product as i decided to return it, as i did not want the product anymore. The product has already been returned to the warehouse. And i still have not received my refund yet. Whenever i contact nykaa customer care they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours. I have not received my refund yet. And there is not even any update regarding the refund. I talk to the customer support, and they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours. It’s been more than 15 days that i have made the request for refund.
