Nykaa.com — Not received refund amount after cancellation of my products | |||||
I made prepaid order on 2 December 2016 but I cancelled the order before shipping but till now I haven't received any refund amount I sent nearly 20 mails after receiving 20 mails they replied saying we already initiated the refund on December 3 but I haven't got any amount from their when I called to bank to ask about this bank employee said you didn't received any amount from 1December 2016 to 14 December 2016 and to make sure about this I visited bank twice but no money got from their again I sent 5 mails regarding about this but no response from nykaa ... I'm really very disappointing and I never had a such a awful experience from any online shopping site please any one resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
