My order# NYK[protected]. I raised a return request for all the items in the order and they were approved on 31-Mar-22. They have not been picked up till date! I informed the customer care team earlier order that I will be travelling and unavailable from 8-Apr onwards and requested for the items to be return picked up on priority and provide a refund!! They haven’t been picked up till date and I see now on the app, that the return requests have all been cancelled conveniently without even contacting me!! THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY and HARASSMENT!! Kindly pick up the products on priority today and refund my money!! I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE!! Was this information helpful? |
