I had purchased 2 hair oils of same brand and one came with a clear tape attached on its pump and one without... So the one with tape leaked on to the rest of the products. Its very evident that they have sent a damaged bottle.
As i have to travel back to uae the day i saw this I did not have time to return the product.. when i raised the complaint they said they can only help if i return this product. Otherwise consider my money gone. Its their qc teams fault and now im at loss. My money is wasted on this damaged product. ojao Was this information helpful? |
