Nykaa.com — one missing product in the packed box and unsupportive customer care | |||||
I was delivered my package of multiple products that i booked for the first time from the nykaa app on 28th May 2019. The product was a cash on delivery package, so i paid the delivery boy with rs.1421 but when i opened the package there were only 4 products instead of 5, although the invoice present inside the box mentioned 5 products. Also i would like to mention that out of the 4 products inside the pack, only one was present with the outer box, and also i could not check the use before date of one of the product(Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch sunblock which was a free product). The missing product is the dot & key underarm color correction and detox pack. It was my first time, using the App and sorry to say but it was truly dissapointing.I raised a ticket and did all that they told me to but after a series of messages stating they are doing an investigation, one day they just replied that the weight of the package was as expected at all the check points and they cannout authorize any solution for this problem.Now i've been looted off 600rupees or so and also wasted so much time on the entire process.This a great way to just loot your customer and then blame it all on the customer and just get rid of the matter. After the entire case i am bound to think of nykaa as a fraudulent company intentionally running such schemes. Although i want justice for myself but moreover i want to make people aware of the fraudulent practices of nykaa, so that they do not lose their hard earned money.
