Nykaa.com — one order is missing

Hi. Actually few days back i received one order from nykaa. I ordered few items from which one item is missing. Out of 10 items, i got only 9 items. The item which is missing is gatsby set and keep hair spray ultra hard-1. And the amount is rs.250. My order no. Is[protected]. Please help me solve this issue. I dont know why i dint get my that item. I always shop from nykaa and dis is the first time m facing dis problem. Please solve it.
