Nykaa.com — Order delivery issue

I have an order from nykaa.Firtsly it's show that it's unable to deliver.than after 3 days the guy call me to receive order but i was not at that place so unable to receive the product.and now after 2 more days a message is arrived that my product is about to deliver so i called the guy to deliver timely so that i can receive. But the annoying thing is the guy didn't even pick the call after i calling him continuously. and as per him he told me that before evening it has to be received.but unfortunately he is not arriving yet.so i finally decide to complain.enough is enough.right.
