I have ordered a product on 17th June 2022 and expected delivery mentioned as 22nd June 2022. But till now product hasn't been delivered and when tried contacting the customer support they are replying "we need 48-72hrs to look into the issue and will get back to you after this". But nothing has been progressed. It's been almost a month closely since I ordered the product . I also raised a complaint for atleast cancellation of the product and asked for refund of my amount. But there's no response from the team and nothing is being implemented. Price of the product is 2500/- and all my money got in vein and they don't bother at all . Was this information helpful? |
