Nykaa.com — Partial delivery and no answer to mails

I recently purchased the faces lipstick. Free sharpener is mentioned on the site but not received. I may have dropped them like 10 mails, but did not receive the reply yet.

The lipstick is a waste without the sharpener.
When I try to call the customer care, I get the nessage of all agents being busy and the call is cut automatically.

This is highly unlikely of them, but still it is wrong. Even after so so many mail, I should hear from them.
