This is the second time i am facing issues with nykaa order delivery process. They send notification message for order delivery and at the end of the day they send another delivery failure notification message and then it happens every next day. Nobody calls for order delivery neither they share phone number of delivery agents. They do no bother to reply in email. I would have sent hundreds of email but no response. Nykaa do not respect their customer and give false information when you call support number. This is completely unacceptable and frustrating. Was this information helpful? | |||
